This is the bad part, when there was a fire and 13 people died. It was very cold and the fire men could not stop the fire because the water was frozen. And another sad thing happened to my family. My nephew was killed here on Flushing and Bushwick Avenue. This is the bad thing.

The good thing is that the neighborhood has become better area. The old houses have been demolished and new houses and buildings have been built and it’s looking beautiful.
